D.1 Organise an international scientific event The lead partner will decide on the concept and the size of the international scientific event. They take care of the practical organisation of the event: planning and budgeting the entire event, deciding on suitable locations, arranging the catering and accommodation, inviting speakers and chairpersons, arranging interpreters and logistic support during the event, and follow-up after the event.
